We use natural colourants such as turmeric, alfalfa and mineral-rich clays. These not only give our soaps a beautiful, earthy appearance but can also provide added skin benefits, including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties—without relying on artificial dyes.

Cold process soap is made by carefully combining oils and lye, which naturally saponify (turn into soap) at room temperature. This traditional method preserves the nutrients in the oils and retains glycerine, which helps keep your skin moisturised. Each bar is handmade and cured for several weeks, creating a gentler, longer-lasting soap. Commercial soaps, by contrast, often lose these natural benefits during production.

No. Our soaps are made entirely from natural ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives. The natural oils in our recipes help maintain shelf life without the need for synthetics.

Neuri soaps are designed to last impressively well. With daily showers, one bar will typically see you through around two weeks, and if used mainly for handwashing it can easily last four to five weeks or more. To get the very best out of your bar, keep it in a dry, well-ventilated place between uses—a draining soap dish will help it stay firm and last even longer.

Yes. Many of our customers use Neuri soaps for both face and body. The gentle, moisturising formula makes them suitable for most skin types, including dry and sensitive skin. We do, however, recommend avoiding the eye area, as with any soap. If your skin is particularly delicate, it’s best to carry out a patch test before full use.
